    Zenixh Delete all the files and it should redownload them.

              "You don't have enough permissions" usually means it is being write protected and might need to be elevated. Try running plutonium.exe as administrator.

                No - thats the exclusions.bat file, he needs to run exclusions.bat as administrator for the commands to work.

                      i ve got the exact same Problem, i thought i was the only one. Couldnt play a Single Round on Plutonium.

                        I tried by deleting all registry keys with the name called "plutonium" associated with appdata path. you can search for it with CTRL+B on the registry editor, it did work for me. Hope it does for you too.
