Xeh Dieu are there closing quotation marks at the end? Also you don't need to set the dsr for each map, one time should be enough. Are you using iw4madmin?

Yes they are there at the end of the line. Yes I registered on iw4madmin and the authentication is successful

Xeh Dieu could you post the contents of SD_defaultv2? Well if iw4madmin says the connection is successful you should be able to execute !god ingame to get admin access.

I claimed ownership of the server, but I cannot log in with the rcon and therefore all commands are rejected

Xeh Dieu iw4madmin connects to rcon as soon as you start it so if there was an issue with that the iw4madmin console would show it. If it says the connection was successful it successfully "logged in" to your server via rcon. Anyways, since this seems to be an iw4madmin related issue ask on their discord: https://discord.gg/ZZFK5p3

iw4madmin says connection successful but server says password incorrect? that's not possible. are there any other servers running on the same machine it might be connecting to instead (wrong port set in config)?
Don't know why the map stays the same, config looks correct to me..

Everything seems to be back to normal. Now i can't
more select and use secondary weapon.
