    I installed the game on the SSD through the installer again, before that it was installed on the HDD and everything worked, after installing another copy, the game stopped working everywhere. I completely deleted it did not help

      My friend downloaded exactly the same build as mine, and it works. Somehow there is no special desire to reinstall Windows

        This has nothing to do with the game path but rather a program hinders the game to create a directx window. Do you have any overlays or recording tools active?

          Xerxes Thank you very much for your help. The reason for this celebration was the drivers from the Avermedia C985 video capture card

            Ah yes, Avermedia's capture software / driver is one of the programs we know of that does did. Kinda ironic that a capture card tool tries to hook DirectX. Glad you have found it.
