zombies files not working?

i have bo2 campaign, multiplayer and zombies installed on my steam but whenever i click on a map in zombies the texture loading fail comes up. (like the one in garrys mod) i can still open maps and get into the loading screen but then its just the missing texture and the loading bar and its loading forever
tried reinstalling plutonium but didnt work
any help?
