no permissions to my folder

my launcher tells me that i have no permission to the folder what can i do ?

CAN030_ try running it as admin, could also be your antivirus blocking it.

I dont know if it's the same problem but you can try deleting plutonium.exe and changing the name of plutonium_new.exe to plutonium.exe.
