Plutonium bo2 unable to launch (win7)

I own bo2 on steam, so I selected the file path accordingly. Whenever I click Play i get an error: "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application."
Anyone know how to fix this? I'm on windows 7 64 bit btw

Upgrade to Windows 10.
Windows 7 is not supported.
