First time installing the Plutonium launcher stuff to my PC. It's been stuck like this for more than 10-15 minutes. Is there anything I can do to get it unstuck? I don't have an active AV, and I have Windows 10 20H2.
Looks like a network issue to me, close the updater and start it again.
