I need help with launcher

hello everytime i open the launcher and click play on the game it loads for a second, freezes, and force closes.
yes the directory is correct.
yes i've reinstalled launcher. -
Have you tried excluding Plutonium from your antivirus? Also installing the redists is an important step that is often overlooked.
Let me know if you still encounter issues after doing both steps.
