error 401

I have done everything correctly and it still gives me this error : Could not send heartbeat to nix! Error was: non-success status code: 401. I dont understand i have ported the firewall correctly and i have used the .bat files correctly and i have all of them in the right folder. i have notepad++ and c++ configs what the fuck is the problem?
