Server not on server list

Hello my friends says the server is not popping up on the server list. i followed the steps y'all had. i port forwarded both 4976 and 4977. ill send screenshots. i can connect to it myself and also it says heartbeat successful.

Provided the server is running right now, I can't see it on the master server list. Did you provide a server key? Without one it won't be registered on the list.

Fluxedy is 192.168.254.67 your pc's lan ip? Double check that via ipconfig. Also try disabling the windows firewall or creating a rule to allow traffic on port 4977 through the windows firewall.
