I get this message when I'm launching the game.

Hey, my game is launched but when I'm clicking on it, it immediatly closes by itself and this window opens. Could you help me please ?
PS : I did all the things with the antivirus so it doesn't come from there.

Type r_fullscreen 0 and vid_restart into the bootstrapper cmd window.
