BDF_DEV post a screenshot of your game folder and one of the game settings in the launcher.

BDF_DEV but the path set here is different:

its not, I edited it and it wont change. I tried to change it -
BDF_DEV try changing it manually in %localappdata%/Plutonium/config.json or delete that file entirely and try again.
