go to %localappdata% and delete the plutonium folder and restart the pluto launcher
the intervention was not a base gun for mw3 it was a custom addon by us and you are missing textures that the launcher is not downloading make sure to not use the launcher if you have it pinned but the actual exe

good evening I did that and when I launched the pluto launcher everything goes well, it installs the files ... but there is still the problem for mw3
