- try deleting %localappdata%/Plutonium/info.json
- try changing your dns servers (https://www.windowscentral.com/how-change-your-pcs-dns-settings-windows-10)
- if you use a vpn try turning it off, if you have a vpn and don't use it try turning it on (this is just to verify if something on your end/your provider is blocking the connection to pluto)
