Bo2 Zombies Problem!

sup yall. i just wanna complain that the bo2 zombies Lan mode is not working i mean everything is fine until i play any map like Origins or Alcatraz . and the problem is . it goes blackscreen after the trailer of the map like alcatraz and then after 5 min of loading it says youre disconnected from Bo2 servers. but everything is fine in online mode (not lan) i can play everything any map and join servers perfectly! any fix for this <?
