No open T6 Plutonium

Hello, good morning, my problem is that when i open t6 zombies, it opens but the cmd (command console) stays there,it doesn't load anything and it doesn't open the game, i don't know what to do anymore. post the screenshot https://gyazo.com/ff8cad1e79f393c5bf62b1cb6f88608d

Do you have any overlays or DX hooking softwares running in the background? Examples are afterburner/rivatuner/avermedia, etc.
