Hello , is it possible to teleport the bots on us and to be able to use the noclip in a private match to be able to trickshot solo for fun?

rezahs this mod probably has everything you want: https://forum.plutonium.pw/topic/9648/release-mw3-tsd-alpha, does need a dedicated server tho.
For private match you could use this for bots (no idea if it has a teleport function): https://github.com/ineedbots/piw5_bot_warfare, no idea about noclip, don't think there is a mod that does just that.
