I've tried to use the timeout command, deleting files to reinstall (worked partially) I'm out of ideas anyone know a fix?

Delete %localappdata%/Plutonium and try running the launcher again. If its still the same error, do this https://plutonium.pw/docs/antivirus/#how-do-i-fix-this-windows-defender

HannesC now bin/plutonium-bootstrapper-win32.exe is consistently failing to download, and I have already excluded the plutonium folder from my AV and windows defender.

You just have defender right? Or some other AV as well? Also screenshot the error again, could be a different one now.

HannesC just defender no other AV (the and was a typo its 6 am here and my brain is working on autopilot) and ontop of that while trying to get the other error message now webcore.dll is failing to download, plutonium was working fine last week but I guess it has decided it doesn't like how much time I've spent playing zombies lol

              here's the webcore.dll error
