MW3 DEDICATED SERVER Problem (HOST GETTING KICKED)

Hello, I just set up a dedicated mw3 server and I tried connecting to the server, and everytime I connect it kicks me out and gives me this message. If anyone knows why this problem is happening. I'd greatly appreciated
