When i launch plutonium launcher i remain on a white screen, i saw another that says to delete a file for it to work but i dont even have said file any fixes?

ok so apparently i have to wait for 3-5minutes for it to come up to add login info but now it just sticks on authenticating

Try changing DNS (https://www.windowscentral.com/how-change-your-pcs-dns-settings-windows-10) or use a VPN.
