Banned without even entering the game

Good morning, I have entered the Plutonium Launcher for the first time, and when I want to play Call of Duty Black Ops 2 Multiplayer, a black command box opens, closes and an error message appears telling me that I have been banned by "Any attemps to bypass will result in further punishment". Try to login using the Plutonium launcher every once in a while.
also during this time dont attempt to create new accounts. just be patient until Admins fix the problem.
