They do not load the dlc maps and neither do the normal ones

What happens is that no map loads and if it loads it takes a long time to start the map nose if there is any solution for this.

Get the DLCs from here https://plutonium.pw/docs/install/#installing-t6-dlc
As for the loading time of the maps, that depends on your PC. Having a pentium with a decade old HDD isn't gonna do you much good, consider upgrading your PC or atleast getting a SSD.
