Unauthorized Access Restriction?

at Microsoft.Win32.RegistryKey.Win32Error(Int32 errorCode, String str)
at Microsoft.Win32.RegistryKey.SetValue(String name, Object value, RegistryValueKind valueKind)
at Plutonium.Updater.App.ProtocolHandlers.Install(String protocol, String path)
at Plutonium.Updater.App.Windows.UpdateWindow.<UpdateWindow_Loaded>d__6.MoveNext()
this pops up every time that I try to launch. Even ran as admin and it didn't fix anything -
