Any recommended reading material/videos to educate myself on server creation/hosting?

Loving Plutonium. I would like to learn how to create and host my own server. Mainly, to ban snipers and remove Hijacked and Nuketown from the map rotation. I browsed the PlutoT6 server set-up guide a bit, but I would like to get a few books/watch a few videos on it to really educate myself on the topic before jumping in.
Are there any groups you guys would recommend that I seek out to further my education on server creation and hosting?

However what i do recommend is that you run this server on a machine that runs 24/7, either a server at home or you rent a vps somewhere (needs to run windows server).
