My server doesn't list

I made all the steps in order to create a server a few times and i'm always having the same trouble... Can anyone help?

Looks like your personal PC on a residential connection,
check your portforwards, firewall and if your router supports NAT loopback as those are the 3 requirements next to a running server to see it yourself. -
