Plutonium launcher crash

Whenever I press play on MW3 the launcher just closes. All that stays up is the bootstrap code page. Does anyone know how to fix this issue? To my knowledge, everything is updated because I can play BO2.

@Jbruggs try verifying the integrity of your game files via steam. Also try running the launcher as admin.
