launcher freezing

ok so when I try to play T6 I press play then it freezes on me then it says not responding how can I fix that

- hit windows key + R and type "winver" into the run box then hit enter. Post a screenshot of the window that comes up.
- try installing everything that's in the redist folder in your game folder
