Cant find the Black Ops 2 Game Folder

So I was trying to download and setup the plutonium launcher today and everything worked but when I tried to start black ops 2 I couldn't locate the black ops 2 game folder on my hard drive. I also double checked if I did anything wrong but I did everything exactly like it was shown in the instructions. I wonder if the problem is, that I don't own the base game, but the instructions say that it's not necessary to own it. Can someone help me?

NMK_SkilleX Did you download the game at any point? You need to install a game to play it. It says you don't need to own it but it doesn't say you don't need to download it
