Plutonium Bootstrapper not found

Hello. I'm getting an error of the bootstrapper not getting found. Would this effect plutonium not launching the game as I have it as an exception in Win Def.

SweatiNot post a screenshot of your defender exclusion settings. Do you use any other antivirus software besides defender? Have you tried running the launcher as admin?
