Terrac because servers are hosted by players and only a few players play hardcore so the chances of having hardore servers are low and having a server with more than half players on a regular basis is low. With Plutonium if you want something you can do it yourself. If you want HC servers host one yourself

Terrac I was disappointed to see a lack of hardcore servers, as such I will be hosting one soon. Planning to situate it in France for best ping to Europe and Britain, just TDM to start but I'll expand into other gamemodes

I miss hc servers too. Classic time to kill with suppressed wapons is outrageous...

Becky o'Horror I have servers with 50% HP that I'm gonna switch to hardcore pretty soon.
These are 8vs8 servers filled with bots set to easy-medium difficulty, don't know if you're interested.
Also has explosives (apart from claymore and betties) and killstreak (apart from specialists on MW3) disabled -
Resxt hey, don't suppose you have the name of those servers with the half HP

TheCarter94 they were my servers they all had Resxt in the name, but I stopped hosting for now
