Hit Win+R, type winver and screenshot the window.

So you double click plutonium.exe, nothing happens? Make sure the launcher isn't a 0KB file (if it is, it's corrupted you need to redownload it). Also try adding plutonium.exe to defender's exclusions.

the launcher currently weighs 4 mb, it also already included the folder where the launcher was in the windows defender exceptions

              Install these 2 things -
              https://aka.ms/vs/16/release/vc_redist.x64.exe
              https://aka.ms/vs/16/release/vc_redist.x86.exe

And if it still doesn't work, you either have an AV on your PC you don't know about, or your windows installation is really fucked.

You're missing a framework that you should already have by default, so yeah I'd assume so. Anyways you can re-install win10 for free - search for media creation tool on Google and follow its steps.

                      I have two doubts:
1.If I already have windows 10 on my pc, would it be more like reinstalling it?
2.If I do this process, the computer would have to be restarted again and it would be left with nothing? (No data or applications).
Sorry if I'm entertaining you with this, it's my first computer and I really wanted to play black ops ll again and obviously I don't want to screw it up or mess it up.

                        1. Yes
                        2. Nah you'll be prompted to choose if you wanna do a total clean install or you wanna keep your data/files. Just select the latter.
