Trouble starting own server

When I try to start a server it wont load. This is what I see:

- Did you set a map in dedicated.cfg?
- Did you load any scripts?
- Config file not found [Check]

Sorex yea I did everything and also edited the file.

Discide yea and where is the file located? It should be in %localappdata%/Plutonium/storage/t6.
