Plutonium launcher problem

Good evening, as the title suggests, I have a problem with the launcher, when it is opened it remains almost always with this writing "Checking for saved credentials", the few times in which it passes this step it remains in "connection with iw5 server". Thank you . Andrea

Meliseex94 sounds like a connection problem.
- make sure your system time is synced (https://www.groovypost.com/howto/synchronize-clock-windows-10-with-internet-atomic-time/)
- try changing your dns servers (https://www.windowscentral.com/how-change-your-pcs-dns-settings-windows-10)
- if you have any 3rd party firewall software (bitdefender for example) disable it
- make sure your internet connection is stable, try restarting your router

What also could work is to use a VPN provider, as most VPN protocols do have decent packet loss management. This however should be your last attempt.
