BO2 DLC Help

Im confused with all the instruction and i cant get my mind around it all this is to Raw explained. How do i get dlcs to work on my LEGIT STEAM Bo2 if yes can someone make a clear instruction pls on it otherwise imma get a cracked version.
I have the Game with all 3 Modes installed, cant figure out how to get the dlcs from the links i found on this forum to work into BO2.

Here is the link for you can download the DLC files. You need to have torrent.exe.

but where do i put then? Does Plutonium use them even if they are just in the Root folder of Black Ops 2 or do i have to manually put them in place file by file?

PsyShi when the DLC are downloaded just put the files into your game folder then SETUP your game folder into the plutonium launcher.

PsyShi you just download the DLC somewhere and move the files into your BO2 installation. Basically just follow the instructions given
