You don't have directx installed, which is required for nearly any game.

JumpmanAIR Either install Direct X as said above or even better use this redist installer that will install all the required redists at once (VC runtimes, Direct X and all that stuff that most games use). Just run it and let it download and then install the redists until it says it's done
