You're on the MW3 tab. Switch to BO2 MP/ZM from left hand side of the launcher and reselect the directory.

Reading the instructions properly and looking at what is in front of you is way better than watching potentially wrong/outdated videos

@tiny_Arctic you selected mw3 (iw5) in the launcher and then set your bo2 (t6) game folder there. Switch to bo2 on the right:
