I've downloaded the game multiple times, already have BO2 running fine and just repeated the process to download WAW but I continue to run into this error: "Unable to load import 'D3DXCompileShader' from module 'd3dx9_37.dll'. Help would be very appreciated!

Run this, restart PC once it's done.

I actually found a thread on a post here with the same issue and I was able to resolve it. Thank you for your fast reply though!

danoob29 It does work, it's something bad on your system blocking it
            Do this instead https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35
Note that the bat does exactly that
