Screenshot your AV's exclusion settings. Where did you download the game files from? Also launch cmd as admin and run this command. Once its done, restart your PC.
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth -
i ran the command and restart my laptop nothing changed
and i downloaded them from plutonium something i think i will find where i downloaded them from and get back to youizacdis try downloading and running this https://github.com/ChxseH/Redist-Installer/releases/download/latest/Redist-Installer.bat

No clue mate. You're on win11, did you install it the official way or did you get some custom install iso from some shady website? Your system files could be corrupted, you could try a clean re-installation of windows.

installed it form here https://plutonium.pw/docs/install/ i think your right on my windows being corrupted bc i install lots of cracked games and i have a random windows node in my downloads
