Unable to join Discord (banned)

So I tried to join the discord but it failed.
I think I got banned but I don't really remember why as it was a while ago. Probably for being rude or something along those lines.
Would it be possible to join back?

you got banned for having your discord account high jacked and started posting scam links.
if you have changed your password and enabled 2fa I dont see a reason the keep the ban in place

I did change it as soon as I realized at the time and just activated 2fa
