how do i add bank and chat bot on my server?

hi, i just opened a server for me and my friend.
we are looking for a bank system ,like that on Fed server, and personally i'm looking for a thing like a chat bot of twitch that at least every 10 min remid some stat or display message/link.

i'm new on this so sorry for my ANTI-exiprience.xH4wks I think (but I could be completely wrong here) that the bank script is private so you can't download it.
If it exist you can probably find it on the forum https://forum.plutonium.pw/category/23/bo2-modding-releases-resourcesAs for the automatic message you can do that with IW4MAdmin.
If you don't have it and plan on running a public server you definitely should install it
