I have been playing BO2 with cheats on LAN, i turned all my cheats off and i went onto the BO2 online and it says i was banned. This shouldnt have happened i followed the rules and used the cheats only on LAN but yet i get banned.

You got banned after playing for roughly 30 minutes, so your story does not add up at all. You probably are mixing up offfline / lan mode and private matches.
