Userplayer well first of all don't put plutonium.exe in system32....... Actually never put anything in system32 this is the worst thing you can do.
Move it in a normal folder like desktop or your game files and then read this https://plutonium.pw/docs/update/#method-1-pinning-the-launcher-properly -
Please don't start Plutonium.exe through a cmd launched in admin-mode. Simply double click it in the folder you have downloaded it to.
