I'm banned?

It seems like other people have this issue as well, but i was banned for a week, and for no reason. I don't use hacks, actually I mainly just play offline zombies, but the times I did play online multiplayer I never cheated. It seems like it autobans based off of edited memory, but I never did or attempted to do such things? Can anyone give me some info on this? Thanks!

Looking at the anticheat policy, I don't understand how it got triggered because the only thing that was close to cheating, was using the built in console, which is listed in the trigger policy as something that doesn't trigger it. No external things were loaded or injected either. I'm not looking for an unban, I just wanna know why I was banned so that I know how to avoid it next time.

Logs show you injected into t6zm after a couple of mins launching the game. Also you can't get banned while you're "offline" or are in the LAN mode,since there's next to 0 communication with the backend.

Not an issue. They're liars, and want another chance after they realise they probably shouldn't have cheated despite our docs saying so, and are going to bend the truth/make false accusations any way they can.
