naldojpv8 meu amigo, é muito simples, tente baixar o redist installer, vá ao site original e baixe, caso contrário apenas tente reinstallar o jogo excluindo todos os arquivos do diretório C : ou no lugar que você salvou mesmo (as vezes você pode ter salvado em outro lugar)
