cant connect to my own server

ive tried multiple times to join my own server and just get connecting forever and in the command prompt for the server it says my name and banned not sure i how i banned myself and how to fix my friends have no problem connecting

Zrxi are you using iw4madmin? Just check if you're banned on it's web interface.
