bo2 server problem

when i try to go in a private match or connect to a server i cant it just stay loading then freez for like 5 minutes then it get me back to the lobby and tell me "you have been disconnected from bo2 servers" or sometimes it gives me something else

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit?
