Im Having a problem with opening my StartServer.bat

The StartServer.bat wont open even double clicking it wont work:(? Ive done everything i was supposed to do, including the ticket. The only thing i haven't done is port forward 27016 on my router but it shouldn't effect anything, it should still open

Does it not even open for a split second and instantly close again?
You followed this guide https://forum.plutonium.pw/topic/579/windows-plutoiw5-dedicated-server-guide ? Make sure the path to your plutonium bootstrapper exe is correct (if you followed the guide it's in the /bin/ subfolder in the folder your StartServer.bat is in).
You can try opening a command window and running it through that, that way you might see an error message that tells us more of what is actually going on. Hold shift and right click on an empty space in the folder the batch file is in and click "open powershell window here", execute.\StartServer.bat -
isn't it supposed to be like this right in the "H:\steam\steamapps\common\Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3" with the rest of the modern warfare 3 files -
