When i open the launcher a crash appears saying i have a virusin the files but i looked everything and is correct. please help and thanks.

I have done everything that the support says and I keep getting this.

jrrxk___ i mean it does say that a virus or unwanted software was detected in plutonium-bootstrapper-win32. Does it still display the same error message?
It's your antivirus falsely detecting it, that's all i can tell you.
