ERROR CODE: VCRUNTIME140.dll and MSVCP140.dll when I launch the client

I downloaded plutonium.exe and every time I open it it gives me the message that VCRUNTIME140.dll and MSVCP140.dll are missing and that reinstalling the files might help. I reinstalled both and also redownloaded the plutonium client again. It still shows me the message. I've played before and it worked, now I reset my pc and it shows me this. Any fix?
