Plutonium does not open error

What windows version are you on? Hit Win+R, type winver and screenshot the error. If you're on a version before 1607, you need to update Windows. If you're above 1607, one or more of your system files are corrupted. Launch cmd as admin and type this:-
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealthOnce it's done doing its thing, restart your PC. You can again launch cmd and type
sfc /scannowjust to make sure everything's okay, then try launching Pluto again.
